The Trans Maryland Document Assistance Network provides information about updating important documents for transgender Marylanders so you can represent yourself through legal processes.
Note: Regardless of the policy of the individual community partner, masks will be required at Trans Maryland Document Assistance Network Clinics. Extra masks will be provided.

If you have access to your birth certificate and ID/Driver’s License, please bring them.
If you do not, please come to the clinic anyway!
You do not need to have these documents to attend a clinic. We can help you get any documents you don’t have.

Statement of Health of the child from a physician or health care provider
Any written agreement consenting to the conception of the child (e.g., donor agreement, agreement from sperm banks or health care provider)
